IMPORTANT PERFORMANCE INFORMATION

Please note due to the evolving nature of the recommended protocols for opening at full capacity, this page will be regularly updated in collaboration with Nimax Theatres.
The producers of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and the Palace Theatre are committed to the safety and peace of mind of all audiences, cast and company and theatre staff. Please take note of the below measures we have in place in and around the theatre:

Online Check-in
At least 48 hours before the performance we’ll ask you to check-in online to confirm your attendance. Once completed your tickets will be emailed to you to use on your mobile or smart device for contact-free entry to the theatre.
If you do not receive your check-in email within 48 hours or your e-tickets within 24 hours of your visit, please contact boxoffice@nimaxtheatres.com or visit the box office on the day of the performance and the box office team will assist you.

Face Coverings
You are encouraged to wear masks or face coverings for the duration of your time in the theatre and auditorium, unless exempt or when eating or drinking.

Click & Collects
We encourage anyone wanting refreshments to pre-order them via the ‘click & collect’ app to consume in the comfort of your seat.
We will follow all up-to-date industry and government guidance to ensure you have maximum flexibility to exchange your tickets. Current advice from Official London Theatre, will facilitate exchanges up to 24 hours prior to the performance. Please visit Nimax or ATG Tickets about ticket exchanges. Please note that if you purchased your tickets through another vendor their policies may vary.
